The left column (content) appears under the menu instead of next to it. You could try to add "float: left" to that div in css, if it's not that, the div is too wide, and IE just throws it below (different browsers have different margins and font sizes for no logical reason). Either way it's probably something trivial you can fix in an eye blink. I'd also make the post/news background a bit brighter. Dark gray backgrounds aren't pleasant to read from.
